New Kid Rock tour scheduled, same $20 ticket price, Foreigner as supporting act

In support of his "First Kiss" album release, Kid Rock, with his trusted Twisted Brown Trucker Band by his side, will be touring throughout U.S. outdoor music venues during the summer of 2015 and will continue his tradition of affordable entertainment with most seats priced at $24 (not including parking or service fees).

The rock band Foreigner will serve as the special guest supporting act for all the scheduled summer 2015 tour shows.

"First Kiss," which will be Kid Rock's first on Top Dog/Warner Bros. Records, is available for pre-order on iTunes and fans can stream the record in its entirety on iTunes Radio.

The tour launches on June 24 in Hartford, Conn. and ends on Sept. 5 in Washington. Kid Rock will perform at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands on July 22 and the Gexa Energy Pavilion in Dallas on July 23.

1,000 tickets from each show will be available for sale through the LiveNation.com Platinum ticketing program to prevent scalping. The first row of seats for every show will be held back and be distributed as free upgrades for lucky fans, and $20 special food packages will be available during the shows. $4 draught beers and special $20 tour t-shirts will be offered at the amphitheaters where the shows will take place.

Kid Rock will perform songs from "First Kiss" as part of a show before the start of the Daytona 500 racing event on FOX television on Sunday, Feb. 22. He is also scheduled to promote the "First Kiss" album by taking over the iTunes Twitter account on Feb. 19 and during a visit to the Howard Stern Show on Sirius XM on Feb. 25.

Fans can buy tickets beginning on Feb. 24, when the "First Kiss" album is released, on http://livenation.com/.
